We were really surprised by our recent stay at Notting Hill By Capital. The location of the hotel was great, right in the heart of Notting Hill, close to shops and restaurants. The room was beautifully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a great variety of options. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, situated above a charming local bistro in a quiet area close to public transport. The room service was excellent, with prompt and efficient service for laundry and dry cleaning. The room amenities were impressive, including heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. We also enjoyed the terrace, which provided a peaceful retreat. The rooms were soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The staff gave us top-notch service, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

The location of the hotel is super convenient, as it is very close to the vibrant Portobello Market. It's the perfect spot for exploring the local area and experiencing the unique atmosphere. The rooms are tidy and clean, with some nice touches like air conditioning and a wardrobe. The bathroom facilities are great as well, with a good shower and clean toilet. a comfortable and pleasant place to stay.
The lack of staff availability and the unresponsiveness in addressing issues is a major downside of this hotel.
